Teleactions maintenance stop in LLA, which retrofit to adapt?

In March 2022, ENEDIS communicated on the subject of the connection of installations to high voltage, and more precisely on the end of maintenance of the ADSL / SDSL network on which some Teleaction (TAC) operate in Analogue Leased Line (ALL).

This technology was historically used for sites requiring H.4 type decoupling protection, but has not been marketed since 2021 and is therefore being discontinued.

The end of operation of the existing LLA links is scheduled for December 2023, and it is therefore necessary to migrate all the LLA TACs to IP (Internet Protocol) links, otherwise the level of protection of the park concerned will be downgraded.

VALEMO, as an expert operator, has developed a turnkey offer to enable its customers to carry out the migrations in time and thus avoid the risk of impacting the production of their installations.

More specifically, the service consists of replacing the two existing boxes at the Delivery Station and Source Station with two new compatible boxes and making the necessary adjustments for optimal operation, in accordance with the following action plan :

  • Carrying out a visual audit of the PoL in order to make an inventory of the existing installations and to identify if they are concerned by its migration. Or study of the photos provided by the client to decide on the need to carry out this retrofit.
  • Delivery of a tailor-made retrofit offer according to the stage of the PoL audit, with full identification of costs, subscription changes, etc.
  • Support in the procedures to be carry out with the various suppliers and service providers (network operator, internet service provider, etc.)
  • General coordination for the order of equipment and the various interventions on site.
  • Supply, commissioning and on-site testing of the new Teleaction in autonomy.

VALEMO having deployed this service to its Operating Customers, now we suggest carrying out this one-off retrofit for our third party clients.
