A new campaign, carried out on behalf of RES Services, focusing on the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm, operated by Iberdrola.
For around one month, our VALEMO teams based in Brittany and Loire-Atlantique carried out operations at sea from the Port of Lézardrieux, travelling to the offshore site aboard TSM’s CTV.
On the programme:
- Visual inspections of foundations
- Inspection of anchor points
- Functional testing of ancillary equipment (cranes, lighting, sensors, alarms, etc.)
- Measures for verifying the geometric integrity of structures
- Analysis of the paint’s condition and the absence of corrosion
Thanks to our in-house reporting tools, the campaign enabled us to inspect the 62 wind turbine foundations and those of the substation within a month, resulting in the production of over 300 reports containing more than 20,000 photographs taken on site.
A project that reaffirms the strength of our partnership with Ailes Marines and RES Services, year after year.
