The year 2024 has been rich in achievements for VALEMO, marked by a dynamic of growth and expansion that reflects our ambitions.

– A growing team
We are proud to have welcomed 22 new employees this year. These recruitments strengthen our teams and our expertise in the supervision, operation and maintenance of renewable energies. Each new member brings a wealth of skills that contribute to our collective success.

Internationalization: a human and strategic challenge
2024 marked a major milestone with the opening of our first two foreign subsidiaries, in Finland and Greece.
In Oulu, Finland, we recruited two new local operations managers. These employees are a concrete example of our determination to develop teams close to our assets, while integrating local culture and specificities into our business model.
