AKROCEAN continues its adventure off the French coast

AKROCEAN continues its adventure off the French coast with new buoys installed this summer in the south of Brittany and at the end of the year in Normandy!

Objective: measurement campaigns launched on behalf of MétéoFrance and SHOM and on which VALEMO is involved from commissioning, installation and maintenance while ensuring remote monitoring of data quality for optimal availability of the installations during the pre-validation campaigns in the Netherlands first and then during the commercial phase on the final site. A challenge in these times of restrictions linked to the sanitary context, which was largely taken up by the teams!

A development of activities off our coasts which benefits the local industrial fabric with numerous industrial players involved in the manufacture of buoys led by GEPS TECHNO, and committed maritime partners mobilised in the field: AMS-LHD, Jifmar, Ship as a service, Benjamin Bon Travaux Maritimes… Renewable marine energies represent more and more jobs in the field and VALEMO is proud to support this dynamic!
