Check out the 3 VALEMO webinars on MRE in Occitania and Pays de la Loire in replay!

Due to the lack of face-to-face events in 2020, VALEMO has participated in several conferences and webinars in order to maintain the link and mobilisation necessary for the development of green energy!

They include interventions on a regional scale, such as in Occitania through the economic development agency ADD’OCC which organised in November in partnership with Aerospace Valley a webinar on “Opportunities in the offshore wind energy sector: technical and operational needs“. Our offshore project manager Aurélie Klein presented the maintenance activities adapted to offshore wind energy to the industrial actors of the region in a part dedicated to operation and maintenance, alongside other companies involved in the marine energy sector in France and internationally. If you missed it, the replay of her intervention is available at the following link (intervention of Valemo at 2h of conference) :

On the Atlantic coast, it was our offshore project manager Olivier Chatelot who spoke at the event “Innovation and Professions Meeting, MREs at the crossroads of sectors” organised by Bluesign and the Pays de la Loire Region, Nantes Métropole and La Carène. He presented a viewpoint shared with the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime de Nantes, which is helping us to adapt maintenance jobs to work at sea. Enriching exchanges alongside many players in the field of renewable marine energies, which you can find here :

VALEMO keeps going in 2021 with a first conference at the beginning of the year on the theme ‘Accelerating the transition with the oceans‘, organised by Ozé le Podcast, which deals with themes related to the commitment to a sustainable world and which on 11 January last addressed the subject of marine energies, particularly in the potential of the oceans to accelerate the transition. Find this interesting and rich exchange on the website https://oze-podcast.fr/conferences/.

Hoping to be able to resume meetings in real time as soon as possible, VALEMO will continue its efforts for the time necessary to ensure optimal communication on its activities and to participate in the positive dynamics of the sector. Our participation in Seanergy next June has already been validated, so that we can rediscover the joys of exchanges in the flesh!
